Advanced Family Mediation

The Advanced Mediation-Family Mediation course provides the '24 hours of training in the fields of family dynamics, child development, and family law' as specified by Texas law (Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code section 154.052) and includes lectures, group discussions, and practice mediation sessions. Following completion of the course, the student will be qualified to perform mediations of disputes relating to the parent-child relationship (most frequently divorce and post-divorce cases).
