Sophomore Design Seminar

Students will learn the technical skills, soft skills, and crafts that are necessary to complete engineering projects successfully and ethically. Communication, cultural differences, and case studies will be discussed and the elements of each that promoted or detracted from a successful project will be evaluated. Students will learn conceptual and professional skills through visiting culturally diverse field-based industries. The course will be graded on a credit/no credit (CR/NC) basis and does not affect the student's GPA. Course fee is required.
