Conflict Resolution Management

The Conflict Resolution Management course provides the '40 classroom hours of training in dispute resolution techniques' as specified by Texas law (Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code section 154.052) and includes lectures, group discussions, and many practice mediation sessions. Following completion of the course, the student will be qualified to perform actual mediations.
