IT Strategy

This course gives a blueprint as to how technology supports and shapes the organization's overall business strategy. All aspects of technology management, including risk, capital, human resource, vendor, hardware and software management are covered. Students will learn strategies that prepares organizations to be responsive to technology disruption. They will be able to set business priorities and objectives, handle budgetary constraints, develop on core competencies of the organization and leverage technological advances for growth of the organization.
