Managing Change in Organizations

Our nation's employers are operating in an environment best charactized by constant change. This course will build critical skills that will enable the business person to adapt to changing demands and skills in manging change. Special attention is given to the process of managing change, people affected by change, and the rewards of being a change agent. The PhD version of the course covers a more in-depth study of the selected topics in investments, including literature reviews. Also, students will develop possible future reserach topics.
