Theory Skills Dictation

The student will enroll in this course number concurrently with MUSI 1312 (Music Theory II) and MUSI 1112 (Aural Skills II) while attempting to pass Music Proficiency Level II. MUSI 1011, MUSI 1012, and MUSI 1013 serve as transcript verification for mastery of the following skills: written music theory, harmonic and melodic dictation, and sight-singing. The proficiency levels are the final exams for MUSI 1312 and MUSI 1112. The student may enroll in MUSI 1011, MUSI 1012, and MUSI 1013 up to three times until the level is completed successfully.
