The theories of human growth and development with implications for organizational culture will be discussed. Attention will be given to major theories, basic concepts, and primary interventive strategies for the emerging member in the organizational culture of today. Of particular focus will be the psycho-social model of Erik Erikson as a basic foundation for understanding the developmental challenges facing the individual during the entire life span.
