Description
The examination of high performance work teams, as an alternative to traditional management style and organizational structure, will be conducted. Study will include the interrelationship of organizational support, empowerment, leadership, communication and information, training and the development of skills, conflict and conflict resolution, decision making, total quality management, team dynamics, team building, and the facilitation of teams. Prerequisite: MANA 5314
