This course is designed to assist doctoral students in exploring selectively, some of the key areas of the field of organizational behavior. The course examines organizations from a sociological perspective to gain a comprehensive understanding of both the theoretical and practical workings of organizations. Topics covered will be the field of organizational behavior, levels of analysis, and disciplines that contribute to organizational behavior and change. Human problems of adjustment, communication, and performance in various organizational structures will be examined.
