Description

This course is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of strength and conditioning, providing the student for the national certification test through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS). Emphasis will be placed on the exercise sciences (anatomy, exercise physiology, and biomechanics) and nutrition, exercise techniques, program design, and testing and evaluation.
