Teaching Practicum in the ElementarySchool

This course provides students seeking all level certification the opportunity to observe, assist, and teach in the elementary school under the supervision of experienced teachers in locally accredited schools. Students will be required to (a) provide their own transportaion, (b) participate in pre-service training during the Fall semeser fo the academic year, and (c) successfully complete the teaching practicum for a minimum of seven-eight weeks (the student is to be concurrently enrolled in EDUC 5306; seven-eight weeks of student teaching is required for each course).
