Changed to EDUC 2312 FALL 2013 This course will present a unique, realistic, field-based introduction to education as a career. The goals of this course will be to expose stud- ents to the realities, challenges, and rewards of this exciting career choice. Components will in- clude the examination of the intrapersonal and interpersonal skills students will need to develop to become successful teachers. Through inter- actions in the classrooms and frequent exposure to educational settings, students will gain further knowledge of how to apply servant-leadership in their future careers as an educator.
