Pre-Practicum in School Counseling

An introduction to the experiential foundation for all practicum and internship experience. Students learn communication and interpersonal skills and practice techniques of counseling under faculty supervision. Demonstration of these skills is a prerequisite for EDSC 6316 Counseling Practicum I. Prerequisites: EDSC 5310, EDPS 5382, and 12 addit- ional hours in counseling. Open only to students in the Master of Education in School Counseling Program. Fall, Spring, Summer.
