Criminal Procedure and Evidenc

The student will become familiar with the basic rules governing the admissibility and types of evidence utilized in the criminal justice system; study of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure; review of the laws of arrest, search, and seizures, and the study of case law and landmark cases.
