Human Devl in Orgzl Settings

This course is an exploration into and investigation of the theories of human growth and development with implications for the organizational culture. Attention will be given to major theories, basic concepts and primary interventive strategies of the emerging member in the organizational culture culture of today and tomorrow. Of particular focus will be the psychosocial model of Erik Erikson as a basic foundation for understanding the developmental challenges facing the individual during the entire life span.
